Dear Members
In response to requests from members, there are two matters to be raised.
- Issue of members’ contact details
It is intended to issue a listing of members names, email addresses and telephone numbers (Membership Directory) to members. No other details will be listed.
By providing the Membership Directory to members, it allows conveners and members to easily contact other members regarding Probus and social activities.
Please advise the membership officer by 16 May 2025 if you do not want either or all details included in the directory.
No response will be taken as consent.
- Update of Emergency Contact Details
Probus South Pacific requires all members provide the Club with a name and phone number of a contact, in case of an emergency.
If your details have changed, please advise the membership officer by 16 May 2025. If there are any other changes such as a change of address, this requires to be recorded.
Please note that emergency contact details including addresses will not be included on the Membership Directory issued.
