Meet at the Settlers Arms Inn for lunch.

This historic Georgian Coach Inn was built in 1836 and used by Cobb and Co when travelling from Sydney to Newcastle. The current publican has owned and run the Inn for the past 35 years.

Either before or after lunch, take a walk through the village of St Albans, which was first settled by Europeans in 1794.

Getting there: St Albans is a two hour drive from Sydney on the MacDonald River, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River. Transport would be to self drive/car pool.

Accessibility: Fitness to walk if exploring St Albans.

Time: Lunch booked for 12:00 noon.

Cost: Travel and lunch at own expense on the day.
