Photography Group – Art Deco Buildings at Potts Point

Enjoy this 5 kilometer walk around Kings Cross and Potts Point to look at the significant cluster of Art deco buildings and some boring 60’s buildings.

When: Tuesday 18 August 2026

Getting there: We will catch the 10:06 am train from Burwood (in the last carriage) and arrive at Kings Cross station (after changing at Town Hall) at about 10.36am.

The must have coffee will be at the Algorithm Cafe before starting the walk. We will finish on Macleay Street and head towards the Potts Point Hotel for lunch.

Access/fitness: some steps, some inclines and some rough footpaths.

Note: Wear good shoes and bring a warm jacket as many of the streets are quite shady.
