Bushwalk – Manly Dam Loop Walk – Tuesday 24 September 2024

This is a 7.3Km Loop Walk of the Manly Dam and is a genuine Grade 3 bush walk considered medium/moderate difficulty, formed tracks with some obstacles, steep sections and steps.

The walk starts in the carpark and follows the Dam in an anticlockwise direction across the dam wall, through beautiful Sydney sandstone- bushland and scrubland with views to the Dam.

Fitness: The walk requires reasonable fitness to complete the 7.2km walk. Wear light clothes and bring a jacket, a single walking pole and good walking shoes along with water and a snack.

There are toilets at some of the picnic areas, however there are no coffee stops or snacks along the way. For those looking for a light lunch after the walk, Warringah Mall is close by and has a Plaza for food and coffee.

Getting there: Driving and car share is the only option. Allow at least 1 hour drive from Breakfast Point.

There is free parking in King Street before entering the park. Metered parking is available inside the park.

When: 10:00 am Tuesday 24 September 2024
