Review – Phoenix Restaurant

On 4th July 22 members of the Dining Out group sat down to a Chinese banquet at the Phoenix restaurant within the Canada Bay Club. We were able to have the private rooms so it was more convival for conversation.

Entrees included –  Prawn and Pork sui mai, Vegetarian dumpling and a chicken spring roll.
For the mains we enjoyed – Salt and chili calamari, satay chicken, very tasty, toast duck, deep fried pork rib with a plum sauce and Chinese broccoli in oyster sauce. Lastly to finish was a plate of fruit and Chinese fortune cookies.

There was plenty of food to satisfy all tastes.

The night was enjoyed by all who attended.
