Red Mill Rum Distillery Tour & Tasting

This family-run distillery in Rozelle has been part of Sydney’s famous waterfront rum industry since 1933. An original recipe has reportedly gone through something of a recent renewal and is proving to be a very hot item in Sydney’s capped restaurants.
Come along to hear about the distilling process, enjoy a welcome rum cocktail, and experience a tasting of their signature rums.
This White Bay distillery experience is less about tasting a few spirits and more about stepping inside a living chapter of Australian maritime and distilling history – reimagined with fresh ambition and exceptional rum.

Where:
The Distillery is located on Mullens Street, Rozelle (near the White Bay Power Station). The tour starts at 11 AM.

Getting there:
We will catch the 9:30am light rail from Marion station to Rozelle Bay and walk across the parklands to the power station, then onto the distillery.
Fitness/Access:
The walk from the Station to the distillery is about 2.5 kilometers on good paths. There are a few steps and some uneven suburban footpaths.
