The group meets at 7.45 am outside the entrance to the Breakfast Point Country Club on Mondays and Fridays, weather permitting.
The walk is approximately 4-4.5 kms at an easy pace returning to the start by 9.00am.
There are four different routes varying from along the waterfront to Angelos at Cape Cabarita, around Wangal reserve and Hilly Street, over to the rose gardens at Dame Edith Walker Estate or around the Concord playing fields .
