The Constitution is set by Probus South Pacific Limited and adapted by each Probus Club to meet individual needs.
The Standing Resolutions form the guidelines for management of club affairs in accordance with the wishes of the membership.
These documents are now available for viewing and members will be required to vote and adopt these documents at the November members’ meeting.
