For those who would like to have fun and improve their physical wellbeing come along to the Breakfast Point Admin Building in room AB6&7 every Monday at 8:30 am for an 8:45 am start.

Please bring yoga mat, a yoga strap or band and yoga blocks.

The Yoga group is currently in recess due to the teacher being unavailable. We will advise when the class resumes.
