An exclusive trackside beer garden, the ideal place to unwind with friends and take in the atmosphere of night racing.
Includes racecourse entry and access to the Social Beer Garden and ground floor Clyde Kennedy stand members area.
Access to the exclusive trackside area near the parade ring, a $10 voucher redeemable at ATC outlet for beverages, food vendors and betting facilities.
When: Friday 25th February 2022. Gates open at 5pm, first race is 6pm.
Numbers: Maximum 20 members
Cost: $20 per person includes entry to the Social Beer Garden Enclosure and a $10 voucher. Food, beverages and betting at your own expense.
Payment: Payable to the Treasurer. Please add Surname-Races to identify payment. When payment has been completed, please use the online booking form to notify the convener of your attendance. You only need to send one message as this is a joint booking and payment confirmation.

Meet inside the racecourse at the Social Beer Garden enclosure.
Members will need to drive themselves or carpool with others.
Carpark entry is via King Street, Ashbury. Follow the signage to the free infield parking area.
From Breakfast Point, drive along Parramatta Road, turning right into Fredrick Street (at Bunnings), follow Frederick Street, Milton Street, King Street until you come to the racecourse.

Note: Tickets will be purchased on line as a group booking once the outing date has closed or numbers have reached capacity.
The tickets will be distributed to paid members before the date of the outing. Once purchased, the tickets are non-refundable.
This is an outdoor event and a casual event. Wear comfortable shoes and a jacket as it could get cool in the evening.
Important: You are required to scan in and be double vaccinated. Please provide proof of your vaccination.
