Cookbook Club Review – Bastille Day Lunch

Bastille Day Cookbook Club lunch but in November.

A flurry of French rather than a fluency, French Honours for the Leaving was just too, too long ago.

But no worries (mod Oz patois) between mouthfuls we could all converse of pate, potatoes gratinee, coq au vin and profiterole.

But quelle surprise, it was the Macaron that provided extremely lively and passionate discussion!

It was lovely to be able to do this after our long lockdown.

Good food, good company and conversation with a capital C.

Thankyou Judy and Rob Mitchell.
